Health Care Navigator Wanted

Hi I'm looking for a Health Care Navigator to help 55 year old male, increasingly marginalized, to help me get my health back up to where it should be. Over last 5 years have had sore testicles, burning, and twitiching in groin. Now I have increasing pain in lower back. I haven't been successful resolving it. I have difficulty accessing MyHealth and medical system. In past I have gone to attend medical appointment to find someone has cancelled it undermining my confidence. I also have ear pain and hear faint faint voices but am afraid to tell anyone and risk mental health diagnosis. Lastly, ever since a fire in my neighborhood I have feelings of fear and dread and need some good trustworthy no bull companionship and face to face communication.
