MEET UP MORNINGS NEAR FORT AND COOK Made by “La Sera”. Induction safe. It is 10” diameter, weighs 2.5 lbs (3.25 lbs with the lid on) and is 2.5” high. 2 quart / 2 litre size, with marking lines of size on the inside. Very clean, no damage or stains. Safe for all kinds of stoves. It has a wooden handle. Wood is a poor conductor of heat so it stays cool to use. There is an indentation for the thumb which is helpful as it’s heavy. It did not come with a lid but I bought a Cuisinart brand one that is stainless steel and fits perfectly. “A sauté pan is a versatile piece of cookware used for a variety of cooking techniques beyond just sautéing. It's ideal for tasks like shallow frying, braising, simmering sauces, and even steaming vegetables. The straight sides and wide base allow for even cooking and easy stirring, while the depth and often included lid make it suitable for simmering and braising.” “Cladding or 3 ply is a technique for making cookware. It involves layering sheets of metal and bonding them together. Most commonly, a sheet of aluminum (or copper) is sandwiched between sheets of stainless steel. A 3-ply base in a frying pan, also known as tri-ply, refers to a construction method where the pan's base is made of three layers of metal. Typically, this involves an inner and outer layer of stainless steel with a layer of aluminum sandwiched in between. This construction is designed to provide even heat distribution and quick heating, making it a popular choice for cookware.” Some good info on buying stainless steel cookware In the link 13 Mistakes to Avoid When Buying Stainless Steel Cookware (What to Look for) https://youtu.be/zndEZkSQNAo?si=dfVKKEQiHOv33HIj Selling lots of good items at fair prices.
