Small family looking for bigger nest

Hey Everyone, My Partner, myself and my daughter are looking to move into a bigger space in the Victoria area. (Langford and further west would be a little far for us due to work and school) We are looking for either 3 bedrooms, 2 bedroom and den, or a 2 bedroom with a significantly sized living room I can make into an office. We will need a bathtub, some sort of outdoor access for our plants, and we come with well trained support cats who are lovely and come with good references. We are hoping to find a space between 3000 and 3300. A little about us. My partner Owen and myself are both full time employed and like to treat our home as our sanctuary. We love gardening, making art, reading, cooking and animals. We are in our late 30s and mid 40s with a daughter that just graduated highschool and will be going into college. She is kind spirited, bubbly, and responsible. We love where we live now and are sad to leave as we love our neighbors, but unfortunately it has just gotten too small for us. Owen and I both work until 630 Tuesday to Saturdays but can be available for viewings after 6:30, or most times on Sunday or Monday. Would love to hear from spaces that may be aligned with our needs.
