The suite is close to bus routes and town and is in a quiet neighbourhood. It has a garden for your use if you wish. The suite has many windows (all double pane) is bright inside and has a full height ceiling and electric heat. It has just been repainted. It has ensuite laundry with a new dryer, dishwasher, a new fridge, and stove. It also has a storage area in the suite. I am looking for a quiet long term tenant who will be noise respectful, as well as respect that this is a low scent house (fan on when cooking, no scented candles etc) I am happy to accept a cat but unfortunately not a dog.
