Wanted: 3 bedroom 2 bath home

Housing Wanted: Family of 3 looking for a long term, pet friendly, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. We can provide excellent references. We've received notice for owners use of our current house, so we need to find a new home sometime between June 1 and July 15. Monthly rent budget is up to $3100. We have long term, stable, professional income and are a clean and respectable household. We are looking for a place that is pet friendly (2 cats) has off-street parking, in home laundry, isn't more than 10km from Camosun and UVIC, and has a bit of outdoor space, even if just a patio. We aren't seeking basement suites or apartment buildings at this time; we're looking for a family home atmosphere.
