ISO LONG-TERM RENTAL

Desperately need a long-term rental, hoping for anything detached or semi detached, cottage, carriage house, larger RV, SXS Duplex, but a basement suite is okay too, not more than $1600 depending on what's included. I'm about to lose my rental of over 4 years to a business development. I'm 63 have a solid income, very quiet, clean and respectful, do come with my 3 older indoor/outdoor cats all fixed, shot's ect; only have this present rental reference as I was a homeowner prior. Really hoping to find something with a small yard or big and am able to do the maintenance have all the tools necessary, don't want to be right on a busy road, I know I'm asking a lot but I'm hoping someone has something doesn't have to be fancy at all and I don't mind do some improvements anywhere in the Cowichan Valley but would prefer to stay around Duncan Mill Bay, Shawnigan, Cobble Hill area but will consider anywhere in the Cowichan Valley.
