Hi everyone! Looking for someone/two people to take over our lease until August 30 2025 with the option to renew with the landlord long term afterwards. Rent would start December 1st. Located in a quiet cul de sac neighbourhood of Gordonhead - a spacious garden level 2 bedroom suite. We currently have it situated as a one bedroom plus large living area- just a 10 minute walk to Arbutus Cove beach, 5 minute drive to mount Doug, 10 minute walk to UVIC and close to Tuscany village and other shopping areas. The 27/28 bus routes are a 2 minute walk from the place and the 26 on Mackenzie is about 10 minutes. The space has a nice backyard and patio area for socializing, a garden on the side of the house for your herbs and veggies ( we have some sage, rosemary, lavender and thyme going already!) Lots of storage space and access to the carport for parking or storage plus another parking space. Ideal for a couple or single person but could work as a room mate situation also. One cat is allowed as we had a cat approved on the lease. Space will be empty when you move in, but opportunity to purchase a few items we wont be taking with us if you need. We will be moving out the end of November! $1750 plus 1/3 of utilities shared with the upstairs neighbours who pay 2/3.
