Lawn and garden business looking for an experienced Crew Lead

We are looking for a friendly, experienced crew lead to run one of our trucks and service our amazing lawn and garden clients. Our days start and end in the Hillside/Quadra area. Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30 Previous landscaping or gardening experience is required for this role as you will be leading a small crew. If you are reliable, have previous lawn and garden experience and have a positive attitude, then we want to hear from you. A bit about us: We use all electric equipment so no fumes and less noise. We are a franchise lawn care business with over 80 franchisees across BC, 6 in Victoria. Our clients are primarily residential or small strata properties. (No commercial cleanups) We offer pay for performance bonuses. If you've ever thought about starting your own business one day, this would be a great way to learn the business from inside out. Qualifications: Reliable and self motivated. Capable of working in all weather conditions. Able to work independently Physically fit A sense of urgency Must have clean drivers abstract and criminal record check - Steel toe footwear needed. Experience towing a trailer is an asset. $28-32 hr, based on experience.
