Located in Sooke at Quail Run farm, 5 minutes from Sunriver Estates. On property lease opportunity for confident, experienced , petite adult riders or older teen over 16. Due to our busy work schedules etc ,we are looking for experienced riders to part lease our 2 Super sweet, cuddly, talented 13.3h New Forest Pony mares🙂 Currently located at a Fabulous private facility with access to a nice outdoor ring, and bridle paths along the road. Coaches available in the area to come to the farm , or trailer them out to your own favorite coach or clinic venues or even go horse camping. ! Both ponies have lots of show and clinic experience in various disciplines and love Working Equitation. They are both Quiet on the ground, easy to handle and more of a push ride , but do have some go buttons . They are Not novice or beginners mounts , but you could absolutely use them to leadline or lunge a child / grandchild on, or to do grooming lessons with, and they will happily accept all the cuddles🙂. Lease rate is flexible , We are primarily looking for committed, competent riders who can give them more exercise, schooling and off property adventures . We are asking for $150 month for use of either pony as often as they are available . Flexible lease days and times around your schedule and farm lessons. Monthly discount of $50 if you do their paddock and feeding on your visit days . All English tack , vet, farrier needs etc provided by us , so no worries there. Must have HCBC and local references . 3 month lease committment initially. 1 month's notice to end. Not for sale. On property lease only.
