We have upgrade so this amplifier is looking for a new home This amplifier has way more clean power than advertised and competes with the best of them. Great for audio or movies. Originally purchased from Sound Hounds. We recently upgraded to different systems for our requirements and are letting this unit go. The Rotel RB-985 MKII is a THX-certified multi-channel power amplifier known for its high power output and THX enhancements. It delivers 110 watts per channel (20Hz to 20kHz @ 0.03% THD into 8 ohms) through its five channels. The amplifier utilizes a 1.2KVA toroidal transformer and 20 output devices, each capable of handling 130 watts and 15 amperes of current.
