Wanted: Smaller fabric La-Z-Boy recliner

Looking for a smaller fabric La-Z-Boy recliner such as the Harbour Town or similar models. The maximum width I can accommodate is 76.2 cm/ 30 inches. Due to severe allergies, the item must be from a home that has been of furry pets for the last 8 months. The home must also be smoke-free. I have a few colour preferences (muted greens and blues), but I know contrast and depth can work, so I'll consider anything.
