Tin is in great shape with no paint chips or scratches on main body/ Bright colors. It does have tarnis on inside, inside of lid and bottom of tin but no rusting. No major dents in main body of tin although outside top edge of lid does have some depresssions. However, the lid fits tigtly. Measures 11.75 inches high and 9.75 inches across the top 1989 copyright mark on outside top of tin. It was a promotional item marked by Party Pac Popcorn. Can be left outside for your inspection and money dropped in mailbox.
