On property Lease opportunity Located in Sooke at Quail Run farm, 7 minutes from Sunriver Estates in the 3000 block of Phillips Rd . https://www.quailrunfarms.ca/ Due to our busy work schedules etc ,we part leasing our Super sweet, cuddly, talented 13.3h New Forest Pony mare.🙂 We are primarily looking for smaller committed, competent riders ( under 140-50 lbs ) who can give her more exercise, schooling and off property adventures . She is Currently located at a Fabulous private facility with access to a nice outdoor ring, and bridle paths along the road. Coaches available in the area to come to the farm , or trailer them out to your own favorite coach or clinic venues or even go horse camping. ! This pony has lots of show and clinic experience in various disciplines ,and loves Working Equitation. She is Quiet on the ground, easy to handle and more of a push ride , but does have some go buttons when fresh , so not a novice or beginner mount , but you could absolutely use her to leadline or lunge your child / grandchild on, or to do grooming lessons with, and she will happily accept all the cuddles🙂. She also has a sister in the same paddock also open to grooming , liberty work and cuddles… bonus horse fix time lol! (Her sister can be visited with , and taken out for hand walks, grooming, liberty and leadline lessons any time ) . All English tack , vet, farrier needs etc provided by us , so no worries there. Must be over 16. And have HCBC and local references . No beginners. We are asking for $120 month plus paddock pick her little gravel paddock. month ,for use of the pony as often as she is available :). Lots of Flexible lease days and times available around your schedule and farm lessons. . 3 month lease commitment initially. 1 month's notice to end. Message me with some info if interested.
