Can be mounted onto the Bow or Transom Arc pull / lift bar on a Dinghy to facilitate the use of a down rigger or a Scotty Line Puller as shown on the picture. Easily adapted to fit. Can be dismantled and mostly removed (except for the bolted support pad) when not in use. Cost is less than the sum of the parts.
