$1,950 · Looking for long term home

My husband and I are looking for a place we can finally call home. We would love James Bay or Fernwood. We need somewhere with an elevator, or ground level with no stairs, as I use a walker and a mobility scooter. We are quiet, my hubby is employed full time, and I receive OAP. We have 2 indoor kitties, who we have references for, and of course, references for us. We do not need parking, and would love somewhere close to town. We have tenant insurance, which will be transferred to our new home. We want somewhere to call home, not just a place to live. On site or in suite laundry is a must.
