Fridge and stove. One off-street parking space. Sheltered outdoor storage for a bike, BBQ, or kayak. Access to onsite laundry. No pets (one indoor only, small pet may be considered with applicable pet deposit and required hypo-allergenic cleaning fee). Must be a non-smoker. Must be vaccinated. Optional: caretaker lease for someone with proven house and yard maintenance skills and certifications, with a value of up to $500 per month rent reimbursement. References required.
