My partner Adam and I are looking for a spacious 1 or 2 bed rental in the Fairfield, Rockland, Fernwood, Oak Bay, or Jubilee neighbourhoods. My name is Julie and I am a 25 year old Psychology and Environmental Studies student whilst working part-time in the Art Education department at UVic. My partner Adam is a 23 year old History MA student, who is also working within his department as a teaching assistant and research assistant. We are both quiet, conscientious, non-smokers and pride ourselves in keeping our home well-maintained. In our spare time, we enjoy rock climbing, reading, going to the movies, and walking our dog Pippin. Pippin is a 6 year old golden retriever who is very well-behaved (potty trained and crate trained), very quiet, and spends most of her time napping. We can provide excellent references as well as proof of our ability to pay rent. Given our student status, we can also provide a guarantor if requested.
