One bedroom above ground suite in quiet neighborhood in colwood, hoping for a November 1st move in date. Fully renovated in 2018 with lots of natural light. 18 minute walk to westshore mall (2 min drive), near bus stops and close to royal roads university. Separate entrance. Shared laundry. Kitchen includes: stove, fridge and dishwasher. House is on septic so max of 2 people due to septic requirements. No smoking inside the suite (including vapes) but welcome to smoke on property as long as its not when children are outside. Cat would be considered with pet deposit (Sorry no dogs at this time as we have a senior husky and children). $1650 a month (includes garbage, fibre internet (high speed wifi), hot water) + will be responsible for a portion of hydro (1/3 of bill at max), new heat pump just installed. Plenty of street parking. Hoping for a long term respectful tenant(s) but short term will be looked at as well. Two young kids upstairs so noise will happen but kept to a minimum when possible.
