Working professional looking for studio or 1 BR

I am looking for a 1 BR or decent sized studio in the Greater Victoria area with access to public transit. The place must have a proper kitchen (no kitchenettes). I am mature, clean, quiet, do not smoke, do not party and do not have any pets. I am employed full time in the BC government. I have excellent references and am the ideal tenant. I would like a 1st November move in date, but am somewhat flexible with the move in date.
