It has carpet in the living and bedroom. The kitchen is less than a year old; appliances include an electric stove with a hood fan, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washer, and dryer. The primary mode of heating is an electric baseboard in each room. The carriage house has its dedicated hot water tank. * The house is in a newly built, family-oriented, quiet neighborhood with elementary and middle schools at a five-minute walk. 11-minute walk to the nearest bus station (Bus# 39, 46, 47, 58, and 65) and 5-min drive to Highway 1.
