Avid gardener ISO 1-2 bedroom long-term

Hello, I am looking for a quiet, well-maintained 1-2 bedroom, unfurnished, long-term rental home in Victoria for myself and my senior cat for September 1st, 15th or October 1st, 2024. Preferably in Oak Bay, Rockland, Gonzales or Fairfield as I want to be centrally located as I ride my bike and walk almost everywhere, however, I do have a car. I also like to be close to the ocean as I swim almost daily. I am currently living in the Rockland area, house sitting for good friends for 4 months, while I transition to Victoria as my daughter is going to UVIC in the Fall (she will be in Residence). I am financially stable, a professional gardener/landscaper for over 24 years and I also work from home online as a Certified Healthcare professional. 1-2 bedroom with full bath (shower and tub) A private outdoor patio, deck and/or garden as I am an avid/professional gardener. I have my own plants that I would like to create a garden with, as well as, take care of any existing garden that comes with the rental. No basement suites please. In-suite laundry Non smoking, non-partying, no drugs etc I am very quiet (however, I do play the piano) and respectful. I do not smoke, drink, party or anything of the like. I have one senior (14 years) neutered outdoor/indoor cat (mostly indoor except for walks on a leash). I'm happy to provide excellent references including my previous landlords (2.5 years and 6.5 years), gardening clients, neighbours and contacts in Victoria.
