$2,800 · Family of 4 looking for a home

Hello, I am urgently searching for 2–3 bedroom rental for my family. On December 28th, we lost our home and all of our belongings in a house fire in View Royal and are currently staying in an Airbnb while we work to secure stable housing. This has been incredibly difficult, and we are hoping to find a place we can call home again as soon as possible. We are both working professionals — I work at a women’s treatment and recovery center, and my partner works in a skilled trade. We have two school-aged children (Grade 5 and Grade 2) who are respectful, well-behaved, and used to apartment/shared living environments. We also have one dog and one cat, both well cared for and accustomed to living indoors. A pet-friendly home is essential for us. What we’re looking for: 2-3 bedrooms (we will make a 2 bedroom work if we need to) Pet-friendly Yard would be wonderful. Utilities included or not included — open to either Long-term rental with a move in date of January 15th or 20th. We are responsible, quiet, hard working and take pride in our home. References and proof of employment are available. We are simply looking for a safe, stable place to rebuild after a very sudden loss.
