$3,000 · Looking for a 3+ bedroom home pet friendly

We are a family of 4 looking for a long term home in the mill bay/cobble hill/shawnigan lake area. We have lived in the same place for 5 1/2 years and the house is now up for sale. We have a family dog and cat. Both very well behaved animals. My spouse is a roofer and has work all year round. Our kids are gonna be 10 and 15. We would love to keep them in the same school and stay in the area. We don’t wanna move until at least the kids are finished school. We don’t drink or party as my spouse went to treatment going on 9 years ago this November. Me and my spouse are smokers but only smoke outside. We are homebody’s and would take care of your home as if it were our own. My spouse is also a handyman and good at fixing things. Taking care of a yard would be no problem at all. If we could have chickens it would make the kids the happiest in the world. We hope someone out here has the fitting home for us. Please send me a message with information.
