Specs (all measurements are approximate): • Ultimate soft-sided camping: sleep 44 IN off the ground on a queen-sized mattress in complete privacy, protected from the weather, and with plenty of room to move • The BushRanger 200 is a 293 sqFT canvas tent attached to a 7 FT x 4 FT steel trailer • Total weight (tent + trailer) is 1000 lbs, axel rated for 3500 lbs total; 2 IN ball + safety chain • The trailer was made in Canada, while the tent was imported from Australia by OZ Trail • The main unit (100 sqFT) has a 6 IN thick queen-size foam mattress, 3 large doors, 5 large windows and sets up in minutes • The 3 optional awnings (92 sqFT + 57 sqFT + 43 sqFT) can give you an additional 193 sqFT of covered area • Close in one of the side awnings with walls/floor to make it into another room (200 sqFT total) • Every door/window has a screen layer and a canvas layer • Made with top-notch materials: durable and waterproof 800+ roof, 600+ walls, PVC floor/cover • Internal poles were upgraded with ceramic/powder coating for extra durability • Pole ends were upgraded from regular to heavy-duty for extra durability • Rides on two 205/75R15 tires mounted on 15IN wheels, with one full-sized spare • 8.5 IN of clearance … great for offroad; 2x stabilizer jacks and 2 IN hitch receiver • 7-pin connector + LED tail/brake/plate lights + electric brakes in case of hitch detachment • 5 cuFT tool box + 5 lbs propane tank mounted outside the main 50 cuFT box • Normal wear and tear on the canvas (everything is about 10 years old) • Includes manual, poles, pole bags, wall/floor bag, guy-wires, 4x locks, and 10-inch nails • Doesn't include accessories (kitchen, stove, lantern, and tow vehicle!), but these are for sale separately Setup and ready to view noon-2PM on 13Jul2025.
