Quiet, non smoking senior female ISO rental 3 -6 mos

I am coming back to the island in May and needing short term accommodations from 3 to 6 months. I am very clean and quiet, and will be travelling frequently throughout the summer, as well as doing occasional house and pet sits. Ideally, I would like a room with a private bath, or a self contained suite, but will consider other options. I don't want to be sharing with 4 or 5 other people who keep odd or very late hours. It would be nice to find a place with an older couple, or someone like myself, who will be travelling a lot in between. I am flexible with locations. I have no pets. I have had to undergo criminal record and other background checks for work and live in positions. Thank you.
