My partner and I are looking for a long-term rental to call home while we save up to buy our own property. We are currently renting month-to-month and have no specific move-in date needed. We are prepared to sign a lease at any time for the perfect fit! We are working professionals in our mid thirties, quiet, clean, no pets or children, with excellent References and Credit. What we are looking for: -Entire house or upper unit (no one above, private) -Private yard space -2+ Bedrooms -1200+ sq ft -In unit laundry -Basement, garage or separate space for crafting -Dishwasher -Lots of sunlight for our plants -Victoria / Esquimalt / Saanich (no West shore) Bonus: -Charm -Gas stove Our interests / lifestyle: We are both handy, enjoy gardening, cooking, reading, cycling, music, art and all sorts of crafts / tinkering in general. The separate crafting space would be used for leather work, rock gardens, wood working, and general arts and crafts. We value privacy, a peaceful, clean home, and a happy, mutually respectful relationship with our landlord and neighbours.
