We are a professionally employed family of three seeking a long term 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in Saanich, Victoria, View Royal, or Esquimalt. We do not have young children. Our timing is flexible, any time between April 15 and September 1. The right home is far more important to us than the timing of a move. We are quiet, clean, responsible and respectable. We are long term Victoria area residents. We have excellent references and are previous home owners. We are seeking a house, main floor of house, duplex, or townhouse. Our new home should have on-site laundry, dishwasher, off-street parking for 2 cars, be pet friendly (we have well behaved mature cats), unfurnished, and in good repair. Yard work? No problem, we know how to keep a yard looking nice. Rent not to exceed $2600 per month. We will treat your home, as our own and take care of it. We don't throw parties, damage our surroundings, or bother our neighbors. We strive for an orderly, clean, calm, harmonious household.
