I have a new Innova HPAC 2.0 12HP through wall packaged heat pump that is still in the box unopened from the factory that I am trying to sell to clear space. I purchased the unit in early 2024 while planning a summer renovation of our TV room. My wife and I have now decided to sell our home and I won't be doing the renovation. I no longer have a use for the equipment. The heat pump is worth ~$5500 new and includes a 1.8kw electric back-up heater and remote smart thermostat. They are perfect for a retrofit of a small-midsize room as it does not require an outdoor unit. Requires hardwired 240v power, two 6" ducts to exterior (included), and condensate drain.
