In the heart of Fernwood, property is a 10 min walk to downtown, 5 min walk to Crystal Poll, Royal Athletic Park, Fernwood Pub and Belfry theatre. We are looking for an emotionally intelligent tenant who values living as part of a community (although we don't expect you to mingle if you don't wish to, by this we mean living consciously and respectfully sharing a household with other people).  Low ceiling (7ft), doesn’t suit tall tenants. Only a double or single bed fits in bedroom, no queen. -There is space for planters along the side of the house but sadly, no tables and chairs as entrance is off a “walkway” (def spacious for walking but not for a table set). -Environmentally conscious property, recycling is a must. We have a composting available (or kitchen waste bin if you have no interest in composting), but you must be willing to dispose of your waste responsibly.
