Offers are welcome on my 1984 Tanzer 24-foot sailboat, perfect for sailing enthusiasts who enjoy a project. New photos updated.Unfortunately, I have become disabled and can no longer manage the upkeep. This classic Canadian made sailboat needs some cosmetic TLC and other maintenance, including hauling out and applying bottom antifouling paint. From the photo obviously the head needs some work simply because it hasn't been used because the valves are stiff and I'm reluctant to work them aggressively unless the vessel is in dry dock. But it's just sea water since you can't discharge anything at the dock. A survey was last performed on July 15th 2015 and is available on request. Moorage is not included and not a condition of the boats sale. 9.9 horsepower Yamaha outboard with electric start. (hasn’t run in a number of years, but was in working order before then and needs a new battery) Standard Horizon Radio Anchor with fifty feet of chain. Furlex brand Roller furling head sail. Companionway hatch has been raised to allow people to stand up comfortably when using the galley. The galley faucet is electrically pumped and there's a ten gallon potable water tank. This boat comes with the shoal version keel which at 2.7 feet draft makes it easier to anchor at shallow depths near beaches and such. Currently in esquimalt.
