Bowker Creek Biodiversity Day

Come celebrate the Second Annual Bowker Creek Biodiversity Day with Friends of Bowker Creek at LANSDOWNE SOUTH CAMPUS (Entry from Newton St. off of Richmond Rd.) on Sunday, SEPTEMBER 22 2024, from 1:00-4:00 pm. Bring the whole family for this free event, featuring music by The Bald Eagles Band, games, crafts, and ice cream. Learn about the creek and the great vision for its future. Accessibility Information: The event will be held on a flat, level grass field with access from the road via a low curb. While parking is limited, some spots will be reserved and prioritized for individuals with accessibility needs. Live music will be played through a speaker system throughout most of the event. There are no washroom facilities on site – the closest washrooms are at Oaklands Park, an 8 min. walk away. Please reach out with any accessibility questions or concerns.
