Private room for rent 2792 Peatt Rd, Langford, BC V9B 3V3, Canada Hey everyone! I am looking for a roommate for October 1st. It's a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment on goldstream and peatt area in Langford. We have laundry in our suite, stainless steel appliances (the fridge freezer is pretty much yours otherwise wer share the fridge)and a very fluffy cat haha. She just wants pets and belly rubs. Unfortunately she doesn't do well with other animals. The bedroom will be completely empty. I have pretty much everything but your bedroom stuff. When you move in you'll be expected to sign a lease with me. So it's at least a year commitment. Rent is 1078.62, that is including hydro and internet! The agreement we have is, we share condiments, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods and laundry soap. So, if you want to continue that we most definitely can! If you would rather that we not do that, that is ok too About me: I am a old 38 year old woman who crafts alot. The living room is my craft area. So if you like to craft too you'll fit right in! I am on disability but I work part time. I don't smoke cigarettes or drink ( I would prefer no alcohol in the house please). I am 420 friendly but would prefer it outside. I am LGBTQ+ friendly! Honestly, as long as you are a good person that's all that matters to me. I do hang at home alot but that is mostly because of my disability. I am a firm believer in help and support your roommate.
