Pets are welcome! The house is a 20 minute bike ride (ten minute car ride) to downtown Victoria and excellent bus service. Easy walk to Camosun College Lansdowne, 15 minute bike ride or bus to University of Victoria and a 10 minute walk to Jubilee Hospital, half hour walk to Willows Beach. Situated between the funky Fernwood neighbourhood and charming Oak Bay Village you'll get a chance to explore the beaches, theatre, parks, shopping, cafes and restaurants in these lovely neighbourhoods. Kids' park just one short block away. Working kitchen has all the basics you'll need, including a gas stove and dishwasher. The dining room can seat 8 if you're entertaining your local friends and family. Bright sunny living room with comfy sofas, a Smart TV.
