$5,900 · 2009 Honda Fit, 188kms, 5-Speed, Huge Economy, A+ Reliability, Loads of Fun!

This might be the most fuel-efficient car I've ever owned. $40 to fill and the gas needle never seems to go down! (don't worry, it works!). This little car boasts typical Honda reliability, is a super easy vehicle to learn standard on, has never failed us, and the original body/paint is dent-free and still shines beautifully after all these years. .......but it's not just a pretty face. The Honda "Magic" seats fold into the floor to form a capacious 57 cubic feet of stowage behind the two front seats. And while I wouldn't recommend it as an RV, the rear cargo area provided a decent night's sleep after we missed the last ferry one evening. The kms, at 188000 are, if not low, at least reasonable for the year. We just had it in for a checkup a couple of weeks ago, and wound up spending almost $2000 in maintenance, of which I can share the details with those interested in purchasing the car. In short, it needs nothing, and other than a couple of non-mechanical quirks, is ready to go.
