$1,700 · Looking for a Place to Call Home Malahat to Duncan

Hello, Mother of two, with full time employment urgently needs rental. Given notice to move by September 1st. I would like to find a 1 bedroom + den, 2 bedroom or a RV lot (will purchase RV) for myself, my two well behaved children that I have 50% of the time as well as my gentle (7lb) 2 year old, Poodle Chi mix. I am a quiet, respectful person and teach my children to be the same. As well I take pride in keeping a clean organized home, I do not smoke nor do I have parties. We are not home very much as we like to get out and adventure our island as well as visit family back home in Ontario. The dog comes with me pretty much everywhere and is rarely left at home. She is kennel trained and non destructive. I am willing to work for to reduced rental rate, as I do enjoy being in the outdoors. My rental history is pretty short; we have been in Cobble Hill since December, prior we lived in a condo building in Duncan for 2+ years before I was able to move closer. I have excellent credit rating, can provide a letter of employment and many personal references as well as landlord contacts. Thank you for your time.
