My 1993 Winnie 32 foot is up for Long Term if needed. Winnie has been busy for Spring and Summer but is about to be put to bed for the late fall and winter. I felt it best to possibly provide a temporary home for someone instead. Important that she stays busy and operating. Only rules are it must stay anywhere in the Victoria to Sidney to Sooke area. Everything is included inside so you only need to bring your bedding and clothing. If you are in the housing crunch as long as you have a site that supplies water, electric sewer and possibly cable; I will consider a long term rental. Winnie normally rents for $165 per night during the peak rental season. I am willing to rent it our for $1250 per month with a security deposit and two months in advance. Fully insured and high grade pots' pans, dishes, silverware and small appliances. Other items provided too many to mention. I even supply a good amount of firewood and kindling free. There is a new Doggy Pen, 4 lawn chairs and loungers, a brand new bike rack and other bonus items. There is a very small additional fee for these items.
