Available July 1, unfurnished suite in bright and modern mid-century modern home. The suite has a private entrance, beautiful views and a mini kitchenette as pictured. Suitable for 1 person, one small pet considered - no dogs who are left alone all day. Short or long term considered. Located in Sassenos, 45 minute commute to Victoria, 20 minutes to Langford/Colwood, and 10 minutes to Sooke, (traffic has been bad lately with construction, so these are non-rush hour timings). Utilities and wifi included but no laundry. Parking spot in covered carport. Access to a patio area. Located near bus stop, Galloping Goose and some lovely parks. This suite is completely self contained, on a ground floor, in my house and I’m looking for a quiet, respectful person who will take good care of this special home. I have a large dog and cat that have free range of the back yard, so if dogs are not your thing, please pass this one up. If you are interested, please let me know something about yourself.
