This is a brand new in the box - never used, never even turned on item I bought some 10 years ago for a project that didn't materialize. With it, I also bought a knot-twisted wire cup brush (for stripping loose rust) that is still sealed. I was cleaning out some stuff under my bed and found it buried away.
