Hi, so the price reflects the need to be able to do some repair yourself. It was bought at $4,500 from AB, and additional $1.7k for some repairs/renovation. Move the bathroom wider and installed a composting toilet so it could be off-grid but it was never used, so this alone is an $800 worth (Nature's Head composter). The interior is still beautiful. I bought it in order to transform it into a tiny home but have had no time as a single parent. See photos. Now, if you are handy, the things you need to fix: 1) it drove all the way from AB to BC in 2019 and was parked in my backyard and not drove. My friend lived in it for awhile and didn't start the ignition once in a while to keep the engine fresh, so now it cannot start - not sure why. So it will have to be towed by you to wherever you need it parked. 2) the motorhome battery will need a new one; 3) the water container under the motorhome needs to be replaced 4) it uses old style knob lighting for the gas (a lot of the appliances are hybrid gas and electric), you could install a heater on demand with one button instead of lighting it which is tricky. 5) if you want a full BC license after you fix it then a full inspection will need to be paid for since it holds an AB license. That's what I know off the bat of what needs to be TLC, you will have to check it and transform it into something awesome. Buyer will need to come with me to get the transfer documentation done from my name to yours at Sussex Insurance. It isn't costly - get a temporary permit. Serious buyers only – Welcome to view. Call/text me.
