Full use of the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Shared with UVic students and the owner. We have had students in the house numerous times over the years. Lots of street parking. House backs onto a park. Looking for quiet and respectful tenants; it is not a party house. Must like dogs. No smoking allowed. References from you would be helpful; I can give you references from current and previous tenants. Current tenant has been terrific, but he got a job in another city, so he's moving out.
