Ideal for one clean quiet respectful ethical individual with minimal belongings. One would share a kitchen, dining-area, bathroom with another tenant (a very-friendly chill senior female (speaks English and Japanese)). Nice view out the window with much greenery. Absolutely no illicit-drug-consumption/possession (easy on alcoholic-drugs, if any), no smoking anything, no open-flame, no pet, no loud music/party. Quiet-hours (10pm-7:30am) in effect. Coin-operated laundry and dryer a few doors down the hall. Rent is $1,200 per month (utilities included (fyi heat etc. is electric; no gas in the suite), Internet separate if needed (~$30/mo). Refundable security-deposit is $600. Building is a well-run (owner is on strata-council ;) ) and well-maintained condo-building with parking-space (EV-chargers in the future), bike-room, elevator, security-cameras, compost-bins, recycling, no-smoking bylaw.
