Each side of the duplex has five rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a shared front entrance, back entrance, laundry room, and a backyard. Street parking will be available but limited. There is plenty of storage underneath the house for bicycles and other items. Tenants will not be responsible for any yard maintenance but must take out the garbage and recycling. Rooms will also come fully furnished with bed frames, mattresses, desks, wardrobes (unless a closet is already provided) and all necessary living room furnishings + kitchen items. This means you can move in with ease and start enjoying your new home. You will need to provide your bedding. We seek quiet, respectful, and clean tenants. Transit to UVIC or Camosun takes about 15-20 minutes most of the day, and you can easily walk into Downtown Victoria. This is an excellent location. Thanks, everyone.
