Available short term now or August 1st. Please read the entire ad. Looking for onerespectful shorter term female* tenant, probably attending Uvic or Camosun. Located in the Hillside/Topaz area there is a very large bedroom available in our 1950’s style home. There is a resident old sweet dog, I do care for a dog overnight at times, so must love dogs I am the owner of the home along with my teen son. There is a living room, dining room, eating bar and new kitchen. There is a deck and back yard with easy access to bus routes and a 15 min walk to Hillside Mall. I work in my home office and out of the house too (I work a lot!) and my son plays a lot of sports so we are usually both home later evenings. There is one full bathroom in the home that would be shared. I cook great food, roll out a yoga mat sometimes and walk the dog. I am looking for someone grounded to share the space with that would find some humor, fun, quiet and respect in our home with us. No parties, late night cooking or smoking on the property. The photos are from when the home was staged so it is not the current furniture. The bedroom is partially furnished. I do currently have some furnishings if you would like them.
