Hello folks! 🌞 Our longtime housemate is making the big switch from communal to solo living. We're sad to see her go, but that means we have a room available in our 3-bedroom character apartment for April 1st (no joke) The space is shared with 2 gals (1 mid-twenties and 1 late-twenties), cat and rescue pup 🐈🐕 Our home is full of bright colours and many plants. We have a very large patio that is magical for the upcoming spring/summer, with lots of space for flowers and vegetables, should you feel inclined to help garden. 🌿 🪻 The room is $800 (plus hyrdo and wifi) and will come unfurnished. Unit comes with a dishwasher, shared onsite laundry, and decent closet/storage space. There is no dedicated parking. We are looking for a long term housemate who loves plants, animals and enjoys relaxing at home with a nice coffee/tea/beer, whatever you enjoy. ☕️ Looking for another femme(sorry no guys) in their mid-late 20s, early 30s, LGBTQIA+ friendly. Please no smokers. Cat-friendly, so long as they have lived with another cat and dog before. Located near the Fort and Foul Bay intersection, on the 11 and 15 bus routes.
