$20 · Greenhouse soil heater

This was my father-in-law's. It's old, but I plugged it in and turned the thermostat up and the cable warmed up. I'm not sure that it has ever been used. I didn't unwind the cable to see how long it is, but the label says it's suitable for 35 sq. ft. It could probably use a more modern plug. It's made in Canada, so there's no tariff.
