Rental needed for Dec 01, Jan 01 or February 1st 2025 (Victoria) Hi there, A working Couple with a spayed cat looking for a rental. We have been at our current Home for 6 years now and our landlord is elderly requesting her lower suite back. We are clean people non drinkers non partiers with no children. We have one female spayed adult calico cat, Well behaved who catches mice. Hopeful for a 1-2 bedroom suite. With smoking outside permitted. We both work full time. I work from home at a call center/residential cleaner, Bf is a painter. We are comfortable with $1,500.00 to $2,200.00 monthly with utilities included.
