Fresh Air and Sunshine This program offers personalised support for men experiencing depression and isolation, with a strong emphasis on daily social and physical activities such as walking, biking, and hiking. The program prioritises building trust and rapport, setting realistic goals, and providing practical support in organising chores, creating lists, and promoting healthy habits in sleep, nutrition, personal care, and social interactions. Additionally, meditation, mindfulness, and motivational audio aids are incorporated. The program requires a minimum commitment of three weeks, with the first week offered free of charge. Sessions are conducted four days a week, lasting two hours each, and transportation assistance is available if required. Please note that this program may not be suitable for individuals with significant physical impairments due to its physical activity requirements.
