Balanced input routes to a Blanced to Single Ended opamp. This started out as a Yaqin PP 655(?) amplifier rebranded as Grant Fidelity. It was used as a mule to develop a PP EL34 amp. Advertised as 45w Class A it was bog stock Class AB. Uses 6SN7, 6SL7, and a mathced set of EL34. Changed to the smaller output tube to improve relative PSU output. Triode/ultralinear switches added. 20/40 W output. Paraphase phase-splitter ci=onverted to a long tailed pair with CSS. Better binding posts in a more convient format that is happy with dual bananas. What is under the covers is unknown. Bud made a set of O’Netics output transformers.
