Tektronix 2440 300 MHz DSO in excellent cosmetic condition passes all internal self checks. It has the IEEE / GPIB interface option with corresponding manuals and is also supplied with the full original Tektronix service, operator's, programmer's reference, user reference and GPIB pocket manuals. Two good condition original Tektronix P6131 300MHz 10x probes included. Note: this 'scope has a board mounted 3.5v 1.6ah lithium backup battery, not the notorious Dallas NVSRam.
