Prepare surfaces using tools like scrapers, sanders, drills, and more. Safely set up, take down, and move ladders and gear. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs at a time. Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time. Communicate with crew leads and clients to ensure project satisfaction.
